NSBasic
NSBasic is a language for developing applications for the Pocket PC. It not only has a desktop IDE, but it also comes with an IDE that runs on the Pocket PC. This is very handy for prototyping an interface on the Pocket PC or for making small useful applications right when you need them.
There also is a version for Windows, Palm, and even the Apple Newton.
