Take Command
If you have to work on command line tools (or if you like to) and you wish the old CMD.exe would provide you with a more GUI like experience than Take Command is for you.
It is basically a GUI version of 4NT.
Update:
Take Command 9.0 now combines TCI, 4NT, and Take command into one utility.
