Installing Reflex Compiler and am getting d3dx9_31.dll error... Where do I need to put the dll? Im on Vista 32 bit

Ok, i just got MultiEx 4.3...

1st question, do i need to get any plugins or is it ready to go?? I see mx vs atv unleashed PAK files in the menu.

2nd question, I'm just wanting to add aud file and make camera men animated so I unpack, do what i need to do then repack but the new pak file doesnt show up in game.. any thoughts on what I need to look for to fix??

im trying to use a custom mini map but when i bring it into game it doesnt show up, whats the secret to getting it to work??

i noticed on alot of the tracks that the finish gate is up in the air??? whats up with that?? is there a way to lower it so the base is on the ground or hide it all together? also, can i hide the start gate?

isnt that a nice feature
