Hey guys I'm having trouble getting into games on line. Ive done it before but it want now. It just will crash or say race is not there. Thanks for your help!

Hey guys I'm new to the PC version of this game and I wanted to see if you could help me. Can you explain to me how to download tracks into the game so I can play them. Also is it safe to download. Thanks guys!
