3d Max Problem...

Hey guys,

Im having a really irritating problem in max... whenever i open a menu that drops down like File View etc on top and click something the menu seems to get stuck...whit some alt + tabbing it will get on normal whit max but I cant use the menu's  Anyone who can help?

Just with max? I've had this happen before, but it happens on everything. Rebooting usually fixes it for me

Just max, rebooting won't help for *#*#*...reinstalled to, no luck

Try this
goto Customize/ load custom ui scheme and load one of them if its ok and everything is working goto save custom ui scheme and save it as _startup.ui

Mine lost the menus a few days ago, not sure why, was thinking someone opened it up here and somehow lost the menu's, but anyway for me I just had to load up the default.ui like Extreme said and save it as the startup one as the startup one was saved with no UI at all.

When I click the cutomize it drops down and when i click Load Custom UI Scheme its gets stuck again... aint there a keyboard shortcut to it?

Hmm right after I posted the above it did go to the browse window so i opened a UI... seems i can browse the menu's but when I click something it gets stuck... I just dont get it why it goes to the browse window after a few mins getting stuck after clicking Load Custom UI Scheme... doesnt seem to work whit Open, Render, Import or anything... I allready reinstalled to...
