So does Mx vs. Atv have different tracks or anything from Mx Unleashed? I have Mx vs. Atv but would it be worth having both?

MX vs. ATV had all track different from MX Unleashed.
If you mean does MVA:PC have different tracks from MVA consol version, then yes. There are 2 news supercross, 1 nat, and I think 5 new freeride tracks.
But best of all, theres a track editor to make you own tracks and you can download other's tracks. Much like MCM2.
