How do I make a MX VS ATV REFLEX custom track with objects and make it race able? I have watched some Youtube videos but it doesn't give enough info. What version of Photoshop is recommended?

You need the latest version of Digital Earthworks,

Any version of Photoshop will work for making your heightmap and textures.  If you don't have Photoshop, you can try a program called GIMP which is free.

What is it in particular that's giving you trouble?
