coral draw to photoshop?

ok, ive got a template that is in .CDR format (Coral draw) and i need to open it in photoshop.  ive just got coral draw so i can view it but i need to work on it in PS.
does anyone here have coral?? or anyone know how or what i need to do to get it open in PS.
it wont let me save it in any format that i recognise that PS uses

any help would be welcome.

ok, first, do you have photoshop?
second, if you can change your CDR. format to bmp?
and third if no, i cant do nothing to you but my father know in that. i will tel him if we can save CDR. format in photoshop, if not, i will tell him how we can save this in photoshop. but corel draw is very old. i think you must do your job in PS.

yeah ive got PS.  i got coral becuase the file i was sent was in that format so i had to get it to view it lol.
so i need to find how to change the format to .BMP in coral.  its a wierd proggy havent got my head round it yet.  thanks again.
