i've pretty much stuck to nats and sx tracks but i've downloaded a few fmx's just to mess around on and i was wanted to try some tricks so i downloaded a few but then realized i have no clue where they go.. can someone help me out with this... thanks

you need the siktrix editor to install them.  Check the downloads page on this site.

i have the siktrix editor do i just click that instal button at the top?

Yes, first load the trik pack into SikTrix then press the Install button.

where is the no crash thingee so i can do back flips?? i've got the one with the bart simpson head but doesn;t seem to be working there was no read me file with it so i am not 100% i have put it in the right place help anyone?
