Reflex Needs MotoCard problem Please HELP

Hello everyone,
A few days ago i installed some new jerseys and now when i open reflex it says no MotoCard found or something like that.
I have deleted the files now.
Does anyone know how i can fully reset the game? I tried deleting the save file but it doesn't change anything.
or if anyone has any other ideas on what to do any help is appreciated

Usually restarting Steam would fix the no motocard problem.  If you want to reset your game, you can replace your save with this mod I created...

WOW thank u sooooooo much !!!!! Like you said i only had to restart steam.
