Need Help!: PhotoShop

Hey Guys,

I need help for my track.
I want to have some trackborders (borders: these small hills on the side of the track, like in the pic)



But I dont know how I can draw them in PS.

For example:

             I have a track:                                               Height 0
             On the track there is a border:                      Height 10

            Than there is a jump:                                     Height 70
            And the border of the jump must be:             Height 80  <<<and there is my problem

I'd like to have the border always 10 (?Points?, I dont know the correct word) highter than the track and the jumps.

(I hope you understand...  )
