Reflex Central

Hey everyone. I just got Reflex for the PC so I can get custom tracks. The only thing I'm having problems with now is reflex central. When I try and go to the website it says down for maintenance. Is it like this for everyone? If so, how long is it typically down for? its been over 36hrs now.

If it says that its in mainitance then you have to deal with it. But YES it is for everyone because most people werent able to upload tracks anymore due to an outdated code.
