weird see through graphics

for some reason the bottom half of my screen has some see through glitch in it and it effects the top half...anyone else have this problem? its liek a transparent layer

Its called screen taering and it happens to a lot of people. Unfortunately i dont think theres a fix for it tho (correct me if i'm wrong)

Do you have Vsync on? If it is screen tearing Vsync should help.
