Better motionblur

Is it possible to make a better motionblur in Reflex like in Supercross? Because in Reflex, the MB is very low and I can only see it when I drive very fast.
So, an idea?

get faster. theres no other way i know of.

Yeah, sure, but I want to know if it's possible to modify the motion blur's file like the camera's file.
