Over here there still are some copies hidden with all the other 'cheap games', mebbe you'll find one in a shop near you... or order it with one of the above mentioned sites :)

ebay.  The last time I searched I think it was bundled with another game and was called Racing Madness.

Hmm yea I've seen that around over here, in a budle with 2 more games for €10, about $8 I think that is...

US bundle is MxM2, Midtown Madness and Monster Truck Madness2.  the Midtown Madness might be one of the "city" series, IDKFS.
Cost is about 35% of the original price for MxM2
