other notes: One of 3 surviving factory K's. Driven by Harper in the 1908 Giant's Despair hillclimb. Driven 5 miles in 4 minutes by Marshall in 1910. Burner is an authentic 3-nozzle reproduction, the only one in operation. From the time of its restoration until 2016, it carried the 1908 serial number 4023. Modern scholarship has revealed that this is in fact the first Model K that was ever shipped by the factory. It shows a number of differences from later K's.
