can someone tell me what program to use to make custom objects and how to put them into digital earthworks for Reflex tracks?

You make the models in any 3D modelling program that can export in the Collada format, eg 3D Max, Maya, Blender or everybodies favorite Milkshape3D. Then once you have the model exported in Collada format you run it through JamieT's converter which creates the files that Reflex needs. Finally to get them into DE you need to bundle them into a libnray file using the Custom Model library tool.
You'll find the tools and info about then in the forum http://bruceatkinson.com/dirttwister/smf/index.php/board,9.0.html
