as strange as this sounds this has been a problem for me fore a while and I don't know what it is? can the gear not load properly? has something gone wrong with the files? it has been like this for a while now and I am really confused to why this is happening. a response would be great  :) thanks

It's like that for everyone.  When the game was ported to the PC, the shader got messed up.
