Sorry Bryan, i don't understand some of what you said:

'i did what u said and it stills dont show and i type it in and it say no file found' but then you said

'..when i type the file it says file not supported '

that second bit sounds like DE tried to load the file, so it must have found the file, how did it find the file in the 2nd try?

Also i don't understand what you mean here:
'well when i turn it i to a bmp file it wont let me turn it in to a 8..'

What is turning it into an 8?
