I downloaded terregan like a half an hour ago and when I clicked on the Icon this pops up and it turns of
I donno what to do

This happens because you do not have that file and probably config.nt in your system32 directory.  If you look in your \windows\repair directory you should find copies of autoexec.nt and config.nt.  Copy them to \windows\system32 and you should be all set. 

They are missing either because of a repair during reboot or viruses/spyware or the cleanup of viruses/spyware.
