if your running norton you have to turn off the firewall only way it lets you on.

i'm behind a university network. it worked till yesterday. they must have changed something with the network config.

The domain name expired for a few hours; I suspect some of your ISPs have less than stellar DNS caching which is causing the web site to appear offline. Call em and tell them to refresh their cache already. =]
