We originally started these forums as a place to share information so that we all could make better tracks.  I do not like to censor, I do not like to babysit, and I do not like to expose kids to foul language and rude behaviour.  We are reopening these forums in the hope that our visitors here can control themselves.  To prevent what has happened in the past we have changed a few things in the forum and we have increased the number of moderators.  We also have decreased the threshold of what it takes to get banned.  Please read the guidelines listed below.  If you are unable to follow them then please do not participate in our forum.

TD Forum Rules of Etiquette

We value input from each one of our visitors, and we respect everyone's right to freedom of speech. With this in mind, we would appreciate that you refrain from using abusive or offensive language. Flaming of other members is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these rules could lead to suspension or a total ban. Please keep your cool.

The members of Twisted DIRT want this forum to be a place where we all can work together to help each other.  In order to do this the noise level needs to be lowered and real content and dialog needs to take it's place.  It is in this spirit that the following guidelines are being put into place.

Guidelines for TD Forum usage

No profanity.

No disrespecting other members (if the other member objects).

Respect the rights and wishes of all original content, (tracks,skins, objects).

Moderators will edit/delete/move threads that are out of hand

Moderators will contact offenders and warn them

Repeat offenders will be suspended for a week

Three strikes and you will be permanently banned

Moderators decision is final.

If this doesn't work this forum will end up being invite only



Guidelines for respecting content creators

At TD we value the contribution of everyone who creates any original work which increases the enjoyment of this game. We expect people using these forums to respect the rights of all original content (tracks, objects or skins) and anyone who abuses these rights will risk suspension or banning from these forums.

If you want to modify someone elses creations then you must  contact them directly and get their permission.
