What is the Crew Chief tab in Skin packager and what is the funktion of it?

It's a small texture that defines the color of the crew chiefs shirt. I think it's a simple 1x1 sized texture so a 1 pixel of the color you want to use.

There you go, yeah sorry looks like it's 2x2, though if you use 1x1 the shirt will be all the same color so maybe that was just the texture that i happened across when i was looking at it.
