Slot 0 when testing

Okay so i started making tracks today in Digtial earthworks Reflex and it all went fine and i started testing the track by clicking beta test track first few times it worked but now it saves in slot 0 which is a non existing spot so im a little confused

Maybe change the slot to 1?

Haha yeah i found out, sorry for the stupid question but now im just spawning up in the sky? and there is no map, im really confused
