Slow Bike On Reflex

So 2 weeks ago i decided to change my settings on my bike to different from default and i changed them on accident to where the bike was slow then i changed them back to default and it seemed to be the exact same as the slow bike now the bike is slow where it used to be perfect on the default settings ive deleted the game and game folder and reinstalled it even when far enough to rebuy it but nothing worked if anyone knows how i can fix this it would be greatly appreciated
