Game keeps crashing when i go to garage, races or anything.

My save file I have noticed is a Photoshop file and I dont know why.

-Ik the 15 mil save file is what i need but every time I download it from reflex central i get a photoshop file and i dont know why  >:( please help!! Thanks.
