Frame Rate

For some reason regardless of the video settings I get horrible frame rate ( 13 - 24 FPS) .It is worse when playing SX multiplayer then anything else.My system is as follows

P4 3.0GHZ
1 GB RAM
Gefroce fx5600

I love the game but this is annoying as hell.does anyone have an idea of how to fix it ?

download latest DirectX, And make sure your gfx card drivers are up-to-date

i have an amd 64 3200 cpu and run an ati 9800 pro with 512 ram and it rocks....I would say get another video card....
