Load your programs

Load Disk accepts ATR disk images, XEX programs, or ZIP files containing either. After loading, use Play or Reset to boot the program. Reset performs a cold boot, so save your current work first.

BASIC is enabled by default. For software that needs BASIC disabled, expand the controls with the chevron, enable Option on Start (the pointing-hand icon), then reset.

The expanded controls also include fullscreen, an on-screen keyboard, joystick controls, snapshots, and a file manager. Download files or export a snapshot to keep your work.

Keyboard controls

  • Arrow keys: joystick directions; left Alt: fire.
  • Shift + arrows: Atari cursor movement.
  • F2: Option; F3: Select; F4: Start.
  • F5: Reset; F8: Break.

On a phone or tablet, expand the controls and enable the keyboard or joystick. On some keyboards, function keys also require Fn.
