Clinton Atkinson - Whistle Drawings

These drawings were found in a drawer mixed in with some letters and photograph supplies. They appear to be created in the 30's and early 40's. Some of them are related to whistles on trains. Some of them refer to a 5 tone whistle on #3. I don't know if this relates to one of the locomotives that he ran at Stratton Flour.
